BMW R100/7San Diego, CAJanuary, 2006 -- This is a 1978 BMW R100/7 that I purchased from a seller on E-Bay in January of 2006. This bike was in Lubbock, Texas and even though I had to go to pick it up it was worth it. I got it for a good price and on the way back I visited relatives in Albuquerque, New Mexico and Phoenix, Arizona. A couple of the features about this bike that drew me to it (other than the price) were the fairing and the cast "snowflake" wheels. It has quite a few miles on it (85k) but it is in great condition and runs very well.
